This Is The Ultimate Clear Skin Guide

Hello beauties! I asked you on Instastories what topic you wanted me to cover today. And most of you voted for me to give tips on: How To Make Your Face Clear.
Acne continues to be a big skin issue that most of us struggle with, whether you’re  man or  woman. Which is why I want to give you today some universal tips that can apply to anyone’s skin type. But just remember that clear skin doesn’t happen over night. You have to be consistent with your skincare routine and know what products work best for your skin.

Tip 1: Stop Irritating your skin

It does’t matter if your skin is sensitive or not, always use hypoallergenic products on your face. Fragrances and artificial colors are present in most skincare and makeup products to make them look and smell appealing. But because of does unnecessary additives, your skin natural balance can be disturbed. And that is usual how most of us get breakout.

Tip 2: Watch what you eat

You are what you eat. Your diet is jus as important as your skincare routine, if not more. If you’re constantly eating carbs and drinking soda, you over produce insulin. And this increased insulin level can stimulate oil gland production , which can cause acne.

Tip 3: Be clean

Always make sure that the clothes, sheets and towels that get in contact with your skin are clean. This is specially important if you have sensitive skin. You should do your laundry at least every 2 weeks.

Tip 3: Water water and more water.

This one is a much for good skin. Water gets rid of the toxins in your body, which aid in stopping acne causing bacterias from showing on your skin. It also plums the skin, by promoting more blood flow. Bottled water is my number one beverage.

Tip 4: Be patient

I struggle with this tip myself, but you have to be patient. clear skin doesn’t happen over night to no-one. It’s a working progress. Just make sure you take note on the things that work for your skin. Do your own research before you try anything, and always check for ingredients. And remember that sometimes it’s best to let your skin heal itself.
