Start Young: The 3 Best Sunscreens for Sensitive Skin

Hello beauties! Let’s talk about sunscreens. They are by far the most controversial skincare products. Most of us don’t see the importance of it. And we often start using them when our skin is already damaged.
I’m very grateful to be born black. However as good as my skin is, I know that it WILL crack if I don’t protect it. I use sunscreen every single day, all over my body and face. I like knowing that while I’m out and about, my skin is protected. It even got to the point where I get uncomfortable without it on, when I’m out.

So here are 3 of the best sunscreens products I like to use on my sensitive Skin.

Sunscreen for sensitive Skin

Supergoop! Everyday Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50 2.4 oz  $19

This sunscreens is one of the best seller for sensitive skin. It claims to be water-resistant, oil-free face and body sunscreen that protects from sun’s harmful rays, defending skin with broad-spectrum UV protection while providing nourishing anti-aging benefits and moisture to the skin. Supergoop! Everyday Sunscreen actually does all these things. It feels like a moisturizer on the skin. And the best part of it is that it’s made with natural ingredients. I highly recommend it.

Aveeno SPF 50 Natural Protection 3-ounce Sunscreen Lotion $8.99

If you don’t want to spend too much on sunscreen, the Aveeno SPF 50 Natural Protection is a great alternative. It is made with soothing oat and mineral ingredients. It’s also s oil-free, fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, and water resistant. The only con I have for this sunscreen, is that it’s not long lasting. It only lasts for 80 minutes.

Drunk Elephant Umbra(TM) Sheer Physical Daily Defense SPF 30 3 oz $34

This sunscreen is pricier than the others for very good reasons. It not only contains SPF30 but it’s also loaded with potent antioxidants, grape juice extract, and sunflower shoot extract. Which help defend from free radicals and environmental aggressors. It’s  also Infused with raspberry seed and marula oils, to deliver moisture and help minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles. If you’re late into the sunscreen game, I recommend getting this one, for damage control.
