It is a natural occurring mental breakdown, where we fully go into panic mode. You can think of anxiety as the more intense version of stress. But unlike stress, there is no such thing as good anxiety. It’s truly bad for your mental health and too much of it or continual anxiety, can lead to depression. There are a number of factors as to what can cause anxiety in a person. But we’re not going to determine the causes, instead, I want to share with you 5 tips that have helped me deal with anxiety in the past.
Tip 1: Figure out what’s causing the anxiety. Knowledge is power, but how you treat the knowledge is key to success. You need to pin point exactly what’s bothering you, and causing you to panic. Luckily, this is the easiest part of the process, because in my experience, you constantly think about the thing that’s making you anxious.
Tip 2: Shut the voices in your head. This one is really heard to do, but your inner thoughts are your worse enemies, when it comes to anxiety. So found a distraction, that will get you out of your head. Hangout with friends and family member for a fun outing, for instant. The key is to not be alone.

Comparing our live to other people’s life, wanting more then we have and not appreciating what we possessed. Many of us become anxious because of social media, because with often fail to realize people only share there happy moments online. No one lives a perfect life. We all go through the ups and down of life. So stop worrying about what you don’t have right now and be grateful.
Tip 4: Think positively. Positive thinking is so, so important. Stop thinking that you can’t do something or can’t accomplish something, because there’s no use to it. you’re just going to farther discourage yourself.
