Luckily, this is the easiest part of the process, because in my experience, you constantly think about the thing that’s making you anxious.
Tip 2: Shut the voices in your head. This one is really heard to do, but your inner thoughts are your worse enemies, when it comes to anxiety. Comparing our live to other people’s life, wanting more then we have and not appreciating what we possessed. Many of us become anxious because of social media, because with often fail to realize people only share there happy moments online. No one lives a perfect life. We all go through the ups and down of life. So stop worrying about what you don’t have right now and be grateful.
Tip 4: Think positively. Positive thinking is so, so important. Stop thinking that you can’t do something or can’t accomplish something, because there’s no use to it. you’re just going to farther discourage yourself.
