How to Find your Personal Style.. Seriously People

Hello everyone, I wanted to talk about something that most of us struggle with: Finding our personal style. The everyday person, professional stylist, fashion blogger, and   celebrity, all face this problem. There are over 17 types of fashion styles available, and narrowing it down to one to fit your lifestyle is hard.

So what can you do to determine your style? I will give you four tips that will help you determine it.

Tip 1: To find your personal style, you first need to know who you are. What I mean by that is, you need to know your likes and dislikes, what makes you happy or sad, the things you love spending time on, how you see the world, what you value and so on. These are important things to think about in general, and it’s also very important when it comes to personal style. Figuring out the answers to these questions will help you determine your personality. Your personal style will should reflex your personality.

Tip 2: Follow celebrities and fashion blogger on Instagram. Instagram is the best platform to look at other people’s style. I recommend following people with different style, that way you can know what you like. My Instagram is here.

Tip 3: Try on different looks and go for that make you feel most confident. You know what they say: Confident is key. It will not matter if your style is chic or hippie, if you’re not confident.  Just own who you are and and don’t worry too much about trends and opinions. Be happy with yourself, because that’s what truly matters.

Tip 4: Have fun with it! Dressing up is suppose to be enjoyable, so don’t worry too much about. Wear whatever you want and have fun with it.

I hope these tips are helpful. Please let me know in the comments if you want me to talk about anything your struggle with. Love you all so much. Thank you for ready.

xoxo, Fatou
